Lean Foundation training is ideal for process owners and team members who want to gain basic skills and tools to improve efficiency and productivity in the workplace.
Overview.
Lean Foundation course covers the skills required to be an effective team member and contributor to a Lean improvement project. Participants will learn how to apply the basic Lean principles, methods and tools through an integrated simulation.
This program provides a critical element of Lean process improvements: grassroots know-how and support to achieving operational excellence and process control.
No prior qualifications or experience is expected. This course has a practical and applied focus. After completing this course, participants will constantly recognise opportunities for continuous improvement in their workplace.
