Our Lean Six Sigma Master Belt Belt training program provides an advanced and focused approach to Lean Six Sigma projects and statistical methods. The program goes beyond traditional Black Belt skills and incorporates new tools for solving complex business problems.

The duration of this course is spread out over two months in two four-day sessions, allowing time to immediately apply the learning from the first session to initiate the Master Black Belt projects.

Certification.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Black Belt Practitioner Certification is provided through our partnership with the Australian Society for Quality (RTO ID 22526).  The certification is awarded to participants:

  1. who are or have been employed as Master Black Belts within their organisation, or

  2. who are well qualified certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belts who have substantial experience in each of the major topic areas within the portfolio.

The workplace improvement project that can demonstrate application of appropriate tools at Black Belt level, and has achieved business benefits.
