Overview.

Lean Agile Foundation training introduces the the Agile framework and fundamentals to effectively contribute in Lean & Agile teams.

Unlike traditional Agile courses that focus heavily on software development, our unique course specifically emphasise the use of Agile thinking in non-software development applications such as managing improvement initiatives and running routine day-to-day activities such as handling complaint lifecycles.

The introductory Lean Agile Delivery course explores how to participate in Scrums, planning, sprints, and stand-ups, and retrospectives.
