To become a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, you will through a training and certification process that involves completing coursework between 4 to 8 days (the “transactional” or “service” versions are shorter while the “industrial” versions are typically longer to cater for the extra statistical topics), passing a knowledge test, and completing a workplace improvement project successfully.
