Lean Leader training and certification is a must-have for Lean practitioners who want to expand their knowledge of Lean and become the experts in Lean implementation.

Training Level

Expert

Duration

5 Days

Overview.

Lean Leader training covers advanced Lean Operations concepts as well as the necessary skills for aligning Lean improvement activities with strategic objectives, solving real process problems and continuously improving operations.

This program steps through the steps on how to select improvement opportunities which are best suited for Lean Operations improvement methods and tools. Designed with the experienced Lean practitioners in mind, this course focuses on facilitation of tool applications such as Value Stream Mapping, Fast Changeover, Kanban (pull systems) and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). In addition, participants will also explore how to facilitate the use of basic Lean tools such as mistake proofing, visual control and 5S.

Group and individual exercises and simulations ensure learning is engaging and effective. Instructors also tailor their examples to participants’ industries and will illustrate techniques by showing how they apply directly to challenges faced by participants.

We can tailor examples to put context to participants’ work environment — whether from service, manufacturing, or transactional industries.
