Overview.

 

OE Methods’ Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course prepares process owners with the skills required to be a capable team member and contributor to a Lean or Six Sigma project by introducing them to the concepts and fundamental tools from the complementary domains of Lean and Six Sigma.

Yellow Belts provide a critical element of change program success: grassroots know-how and support to achieving operational excellence and process control.

Participants engage in practical simulations and the application of a selection of process improvement tools. No prior qualifications or experience is required.

Facilitated by Black Belt-level instructors with real-world experience, this course has a practical and applied focus.

 

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Yellow Belt Certificate is provided through our partnership with the Australian Society for Quality (RTO ID 22526). Certificate is awarded to participants who successfully complete:

WORKPLACE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

Workplace improvement project is not required.
